What is your current processing time for orders?
Our current processing time for orders is up to 14 business days. You will receive a email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped sometimes these can end up in your spam folder so make sure to double check there before contacting us.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Of course! We love creating Custom Orders for you guys to add that special touch. Please use our Contact Us page to let us know what you'd like us to create for you.
Can I purchase some blanks and resell them as blanks?
We do not offer resell of our blanks. You’re most welcome to purchase our blanks and modify/add to them in anyway to resell. For example adding a keychain to a trolley token, adding vinyl, attaching earring backs to our earrings.
Can I purchase blanks and create moulds for resin etc out of them?
No we do not offer our blanks to be reproduced for moulds and resin blanks. This is deemed a breach of copyright and we ask you to please be considerate when purchasing our blanks. They are intended to be one use only when create earrings etc. We spends hours designing our blanks to be unique to us so we can offer a wider unique range in the blanks community at low prices with minimum order quantities.
Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?
If the unfortunate does occur and your order has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us we can discuss a solution that works for both parties. You can use our Contact Us Form to get in touch with us. Please understand this as we are a small business trying to provide the best service possible. Please keep in mind if a refund is issued it will be minus the transaction fees and shipping fee cost.
Do your prices include GST?
No we are not registered for GST
Do you offer Wholesale?
We are pleased that we already provide our products at wholesale prices with only small or no minimum order quantities on our website. There is no need to register or apply for wholesale prices.
